When we say that firewood is stacked for easy access, we mean it. This is not your typical vacation cottage. Wood is conveniently located for really easy access. What other vacation rental has wood like this ready for guests?!

Well equipped kitchen with granite counters and quality utensils. Condiments and spices always in-stock. Gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & grinder, cutting boards, roasting pan and baking sheets. There is no dishwasher. But we do supply dish soap and sponges. Washer and dryer off of the kitchen.

Wrap around screened porch is perfect summer and fall. Enjoy the view while rocking in a vintage chair. Dining table lets you seat the whole family for dinner or to play one of the many games. Child size chairs and table are also there so your kids can have their own play and dining place. They love it!

Use your laptop to plan your time in the valley. Check restaurant menus, weather, and recreation opportunities. Firewood stacked right outside the door on the screened porch. Come and relax. Dogs welcome. We provide a guest dog bed and dishes. Every dog is greeted with treats and toys.

This cottage offers comfortable beds. Summer bed set up is with high-thread count sheets, vintage and new quilts. Winter bed set-up is wicked cozy: feather beds, flannel sheets, comfortors and extra blankets. And let us mention that there are flat panel wall-mounted TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Cable too!
Each bedroom is bright and colorful. Good bedside lighting, clocks, luggage racks and clothing storage is provided. Pleated shades provide provide privacy, although no one can see you, no neighbors closeby. Designed to be comfortable and cozy. Perfect place to read a book or watch TV.
We make the beds up for you prior to arrival just like a hotel. No other cottage in this price range can compare!! You can arrive and just relax and settle in.

Located in Bartlett in the Intervale Resort Loop just minutes from: Story Land, outdoor recreation, North Conway, Jackson Village, movie theaters, restaurants and outlet shopping! This is NOT your typical cottage. It is a home away from home!

This four bedroom cottage sleeps 6-8 depending on your party. All amenities. Luxury bedding, cable TV, great kitchen, two bathrooms, free wireless broadband internet, four TVs, washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked with good cookware and essential kitchen condiments, coffee, tea, spices, foil, etc. Gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and good utensils make cooking enjoyable (no junk or cast-off stuff).
